Now in its 32nd year, the Port of Everett's Annual Marina & Jetty Island Cleanup Day returns Saturday, April 18, 2026, inviting community members to help tidy up the waterfront in honor of Earth Day.
The announcement came alongside several other recent Port of Everett updates, including an ongoing SR 529 Waterfront Esplanade detour running from April 8 through April 20, 2026, which may affect access to the waterfront area around the time of the cleanup event.
The Port of Everett has seen increased activity at its Waterfront Place development in recent months, including the grand openings of Menchie's at the Marina and Tapped Public House, as well as the addition of S3 Maritime and several new Restaurant Row tenants since late 2025.
